These are a few of the black structures that I talk about so often. They exist on most moons and planets in our solar system. Even on our own moon. The black structures are always stealth black, non reflective, radar absorbing so that they are safe. These are not the total structure…but only a tiny percent that is exposed above the surface of the planet. Most…about 98-99% is under the planets surface. Also notice in the NASA link above, the about 78% of the photo has been blurred out by NASA so that we wont learn the truth, but as you can see here, they missed a lot.
