Ever since I was a child I have battled with beings that were different than the paranormal beings. I gave them the name chits to distinguish them from the paranormal entities. Naming something gives power over it. With these beings every advantage you can find is a necessity. The family I grew up in had British royal blood on my mother's side. My great grandmother married beneath her class and was disowned. It was years before I understood the usefulness of having royal blood. On my mom's side of the family the majority are psychic. For generations my mother's side of the family has played with their psychic abilities. Our idea of fun was walking tables and chairs around the house, even up and down the stairs.
