As some of our readers may know, this editor communicates daily with a worldwide network of top UFOlogists, contactees, abductees, military/civilian investigators and professional scientists. And often I seem to have a knack for "sparking things up" by bringing up a controversial topic, which elicits further commentary or elucidation from my extended email contacts. Here is an example.

Personally, I think that Pine Gap is a military base keeping track of incoming UFOs in the Southern Hemisphere and keeping tabs on Chinese launches from the area of the South China Sea satellite launch facility on Hainan Island.
Here's a current story that Doug Cantrell sent me on the upgrade Pine Gap is getting and the increase of American personnel to man it.

My brief comment and link on the Anzus Treaty and Pine Gap was sent out with a wide ranging "cc list" and, shortly thereafter, I received the following reply from Alfred Webre Lembremont (JD), the original founder of Exopolitics.
While I do not agree completely with Mr. Webre’s analysis, I believe he proffers very interesting information for further research and makes some important contributions to understanding the mystery surrounding Pine Gap.
