Art Champoux has been an UFO investigator since 1964. He have worked with Ray Fowler, Walter Webb, John Keel, a lady that he can not name, and several different UFO groups. In the 1960s he was with APRO, CAPER, NIACP, then when APRO went out he was with NICAP and then APRO, Now he is with MUFON. The world of the paranormal has always fascinated him as even as a small boy he had some eerie happenings. His Great grandmother was a spirit medium so maybe he has inherited something. He is a hypnotist and has written for several publications and his leanings are much like John Keels. He beleives there is an ultra force, not from outer space, but much like John's and even Jaques Vallees' contention...we are but one dimension out of many that reign on this planet. In Philadelphia Experiment and Other Ufo Conspiracies there are a lot of unusual stories. But the main focus is on the Philadelphia experiment and what happened to the men who were on the USS Eldridge when it happened.

In his book, Brad Steiger shines a light on a truth that the government denies even to this day.

In October of 1943, the U.S. Navy secretly accomplished the teleportation of a warship from Philadelphia to a dock near Norfolk by successfully applying Einstein's theory of Unified Field theory. This experiment also caused the crew and officers to become invisible causing them to be time warped into another dimension.

This I can testify to in my own experiences with another UFO researcher that I communicated with in 1967. This man and I were snail mailing every week. He lived in Philadelphia and was investigating through the library and his sources for any information. He and I had each others phone numbers in case we discovered some information to share. He had some good leads and found some records of this event that he considered very compelling. He actually found out what he considered maybe a person who was there. I told him he could call me at any time but only on a public phone and reverse the charges. He did this on various phones so they were never on the same one.

One Friday night he called me. He told me he thought he was being followed. I told him to relax. Just pretend you do not know it. As he was telling me that he thought he found a participant who was on the ship and over the weekend he was going to try to contact him. Then I heard what I thought was a car backfiring. Don, not his real name, was not there. I kept telling him, "Don are you there, answer me please." Don was not responding to me. So I told myself I will call the police in the morning to see if they could contact him. I also asked if they had any drive by shootings the night before.

They asked for my name and where I lived. I gave them a fake name and told them I lived in Massachusetts and could not find my friend Don. They started to ask me bunch of questions about Don. I kept our conversation away from the Philadelphia incident.

Then they told me that there was a drive by shooting on a public street the night before and they told me that there was a young man named Don Wilson(again not his real name) who was shot and killed right at a phone booth. I was in shock! To this day I still remember our conversations on the Philadelphia Experiment. Sad story but real.

Let us continue on with the book, specifically with the teleportation of the warship and the men who were teleported into another dimension. In this fascinating book of an other dimensional event, we discover confirmation supported by more evidence then any other writer has disclosed.
