This notice is issued by the NASA Glenn Research Center as a Request for Information (RFI). This is not a notice of solicitation and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or Request for Quotation.

This RFI is for internal NASA planning purposes only, and seeks to provide industry the opportunity to verify the reasonableness and feasiblity of the prospective requirements. This RFI is subject to the FAR Provision 52.215-3 entitled "Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (OCT 1997)". In addition, this notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response to this request.
